Right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the product on all orders that have not been engraved or personalized in any way.

Please note: Engraving or personalization negates all claims for the right of withdrawal.

When using the right of withdrawal you should email us and claim this within 14 days from the date of having received your delivery.

Then you shall return the product to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and you are liable for any damaged goods during the return shipping.

When the product has been delivered back to us in original condition your order will be refunded.
